**BACKGROUND**

The International Support Programme (ISP) Team is a key part of the international structure of the United Bible Societies (UBS). The team is responsible for supporting Bible Society ministry worldwide through our grant programme that facilitates communication between project stakeholders, models effective projects and manages grant-making (the International Support Programme). The team monitors projects in the ISP to best practice standards, ensuring transparency and accountability and well designed and delivered Bible projects. We provide analytics to inform resource allocation in the ISP and to identify opportunities for capacity building. We also maintain and develop the platform (Solomon) that facilitates communication between project stakeholders and manages grant-making.

**JOB SUMMARY**

This is a new role, created to strengthen the United Bible Societies’ grant management within the International Support Programme. The role contributes to the provision of an efficient and effective grant management service by the Global Mission Team.
