Supervising /visiting site on daily basis
- Attending meetings, coordinating with vendors and contractors
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Understanding and drafting of execution drawings through use of software like AutoCAD.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Share daily progress reports.

**Requirements**:

- Perusing/completed Interior design, Architecture, Civil, Construction management, construction science.
- Having previous work experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret blueprints.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹8,259.58 - ₹29,698.60 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
