**Role Description**

The EL (Pre & Post) Operator is an on-site full-time role located in Karjan. The EL Operator will be responsible for the pre and post works of EL testing of solar PV modules in the manufacturing unit.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in pre and post works of EL testing of solar PV modules
- Knowledge of solar PV module production processes
- Experience in handling and troubleshooting testing equipment
- Experience in handling electrical tools (megger, clamp meter etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- ITI/Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field

Experience working in a solar manufacturing unit is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
