As a Relationship Officer at DIFSO, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your fluency in Hindi, English or Punjabi will be essential in ensuring effective communication and understanding their needs.

Key responsibilities:
1. Proactively engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within the market.
4. Develop and execute strategies to build long-term relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
5. Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
6. Keep track of client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide informed guidance to clients.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
