**What you will be doing**:

- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment
- Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems

**What you bring**:

- At least 7+ years in experience in Java Unix SQL Production support
- Working Experience in Production support
- Good Knowledge in Unix commands and Unix Shell Scripting
- Application Servers JBOSS ,Web Server Apache Tomcat,Tools Eclipse, Putty, ANT
- Good Knowledge in web server/app server architecture

**Added Bonus if you have**:

- Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
- Knowledge of financial services industry
