**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate CNC machines (Turning/VMC/HMC) with Siemens and Heidenhain controllers or other specified heavy machinery.
- Perform precision turning of components and sub-assemblies to close tolerances.
- Interpret engineering drawings and set up machines using appropriate cutting tools and parameters.
- Maintain detailed data sheets for cycle time analysis and recommend improvements for cycle time reduction.
- Identify and implement **Kaizen** initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Prepare in-process inspection reports, SOPs, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) charts.
- Ensure adherence to quality systems, including **AS9100** and **OHSE** standards.
- Conduct housekeeping and maintain a safe and organized workspace in line with TPM principles.
- Safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information and processes handled.

**Required Qualifications**
- **SSC** with 5 years of relevant experience.
- **ITI - Turner** with **National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)**: 2 years of relevant experience.
- **ITI - Turner** without **NAC**: 4 years of relevant experience.

**Preferred Skills & Attributes**
- In-depth knowledge of **drawing reading**, **cutting tools**, and machining parameters.
- Familiarity with quality systems such as **AS9100** and **OHSE standards.**:

- Ability to prepare detailed technical documents, including inspection reports and SOPs.
- Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Strong commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.
