**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspect raw materials to ensure quality, consistency, and integrity.
- Maintain, test, and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices.
- Conduct product testing in accordance with industry and company standards.
- Attempt and evaluate repairs on defective products to optimize scalability.
- Identify and report quality concerns or non-conformance issues to senior management.
- Supervise the quality assurance division and monitor employee performance.
- Develop and implement efficient testing protocols across all product lines.
- Provide hands-on training and support to the QA team.

**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field.
- Prior experience in electronics quality inspection preferred.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
