**Job Purpose -**
- **Inspection and Maintenance**: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues. Execute routine preventive maintenance procedures on solar equipment.
- **Module Cleaning**:Ensuring that Solar moduleis clean and without any bird drop or shadow. Ensuring module water / chemical cleaning cycles as per requirement.
- **Troubleshooting and Repairs**:Identify and troubleshoot faults in solar panels, inverters, wiring, and related components.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to system failures or emergencies to minimize downtime.
- **Documentation**: Provide documentation and daily reports of site conditions and system performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work with engineers and project managers to optimize system design and performance.
- **Health and Safety**:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all maintenance activities. Promote and maintain a culture of safety within the team and on-site.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Engineering / ITI and relevant certification in solar technology, electrical systems, or a related field.
- Previous experience in solar O&M for 1-2 year is a Must.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and associated electrical components.
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance skills.

**COMPETENCIES**
- Good interpersonal skills and, in particular, the ability to work as part of a team and to establish effective working relationships
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage a busy workload effectively and high degree of flexibility in adapting to frequently shifting priorities and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
