**Roles & Responsibilities -**
**1. Bookkeeping & Financial Record Maintenance**
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (e.g., receipts, payments, invoices, and expenses).
- Update and reconcile the general ledger.
- Ensure that records are updated regularly and are in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

**2. Accounts Payable (AP)**
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring they are accurate and timely.
- Manage vendor payments by verifying invoices and ensuring they are paid within the specified timelines.
- Coordinate with the procurement and purchasing departments to ensure all bills and payments are properly processed.

**3. Accounts Receivable (AR)**
- Track incoming payments from customers and clients.
- Send invoices to clients and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure timely collection of dues to maintain healthy cash flow.

**4. Bank Reconciliation**
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that the company’s financial records match with bank statements.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors in the reconciliation process.

**5. Internal Controls and Compliance**
- Ensure that financial operations and procedures comply with internal policies, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Monitor and implement controls to prevent financial discrepancies and fraud.
- Support internal audits by providing necessary financial documentation.

**6. Vendor & Client Coordination**
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment schedules, inquiries, and discrepancies.
- Handle client queries related to invoices and payments.
- Maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients.

**Experience -**Minimum 3 years experience in accounts field is preferable.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
