**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Administer pre-employment assessments where applicable.
- Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
