IILM University has four schools
- School of Management, School of Liberal Arts, School Of Design and Fashion and School of Technology.

**Applications are invited for the post of a Dean International Relations from distinguished professionals and academicians with at least 15 years teaching/research/administrative experience for the above schools.**
- Specific responsibilities of the Dean include:
- Leading the development of Institute’s strategic international agenda through development of new initiatives and strategic partnerships;
- Provide guidance and services to international students and visiting scholars and to IILM students and faculty travelling abroad;
- Will be responsible for providing overall leadership to the program to promote academic excellence
- Will be involved in all program aspects including: working with faculty on curriculum development, efficient delivery of the program and student satisfaction
- Take appropriate actions to ensure compliance with all areas of institute’s programs and ensure that quality and standards are maintained
