
Customer Relation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's range of beauty products and pharmaceutical drugs, ensuring accurate communication of product benefits to clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **CRM System Management**: Manage customer records and interactions in CRM software, ensuring accurate data is maintained, follow-up actions are recorded, and customer feedback is tracked.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of products and services.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- **Order Processing**: Take and process customer orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing feedback to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect customer feedback and pass it on to the relevant teams for product improvements or service adjustments.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software and generate regular sales reports.
- **Promotions & Product Launches**: Keep customers informed about ongoing promotions, new product launches, and relevant offers in both beauty and pharmaceutical categories.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure that customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- **Language Fluency**: Native Tamil speaker with moderate knowledge in Malayalam and English (both verbal and written).
- **Computer Skills**: Basic knowledge of computer systems (MS Office) and ability to learn new software tools.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of beauty products, skincare, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical drugs, with an ability to communicate their benefits to clients.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market demands.
- Experience handling online customer interactions or social media engagement.
