**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Execute equity trades on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor market conditions and provide timely updates to clients regarding market trends, stock movements, and investment opportunities.
- Analyze research reports, financial statements, and other relevant information to make informed investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized investment advice and recommendations.
- Collaborate with research analysts and other team members to develop investment strategies and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market news to provide informed advice to clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all trading activities.
- Maintain accurate records of trades, transactions, and client interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
- Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Equity Dealer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, and investment products.
- Proven track record of executing successful equity trades and achieving client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to equity trading.
- Relevant certifications NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives preferred.

**Salary**: The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,915.82 - ₹43,934.27 per month
