**Identify areas of Bottlenecks in implementation within the production processes and Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste as suggested by Lean Consultant**
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.**
- **Regularly prepare and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, and efficiency.**
- **Prepare comprehensive reports on the progress of improvement initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and action plans to achieve targets.**
- **Provide hands-on technical support to the production team, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.**
- **Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to uphold product quality and compliance with safety standards.**
- **Implement corrective and preventive actions to address any quality-related issues.**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
