Identify and develop new business opportunities for non-IT staffing services in the domestic market.
- Generate leads and convert them into clients by promoting staffing and recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales or business development in the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of IT and non-IT recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of market trends in recruitment and staffing services.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
