Job Title: Domestic staffing recruiter Location: Bangalore Work Type: Onsite Job Type: Full Time Experience : 1-4 Years Shift Timings:Day Shift Key Responsibilities: Handle the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding for contract and permanent positions of Technical and Non-Technical roles. Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster), social media (LinkedIn), ATS, and advanced internet sourcing techniques. Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth process and timely follow-ups. Negotiate compensation packages and manage the offer process through to candidate acceptance and onboarding. Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-vetted candidates for a variety of domestic staffing roles. Analyze and understand open job requirements to identify qualified candidates effectively.
