**Job Title**: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

**Job Location**: Shivaji Nagar, Pune

**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to provide information or address inquiries.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify prospects and convert them into potential leads.
- Maintain a database of customers and update it regularly.
- **Sales and Follow-up**:

- Persuade customers to buy or schedule appointments for further discussions.
- Follow up with leads and close sales over the phone.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
- Handle objections professionally and clarify product/service benefits.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Keep records of calls, interactions, and sales progress.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance metrics.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns and objectives.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

**Eligibility**:

- **Educational Qualification**: [Specify, e.g., High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree]
- **Experience**: [Freshers or relevant experience in tele calling/telemarketing preferred]
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
