**Operation Executive** **About Bonatra**: Bonatra is a new age Health Tech start-up, which uses a mix of AI technology, IOT devices and functional medicine programs to reverse chronic metabolic syndrome e.g. Type 2 Diabetes, hypertension, PCOS/ PCOD, Thyroid etc. It's a company where we deliver results for our Patrons, where experience and customer success takes precedence over everything else. Bonatra solutions are affordable and pricing bands are accessible to a large segment of people. **Bonatra Vision **: Become the world's largest healthtech company which impacts both the present and the future generations. 1. **Manage Inventory **: a. Manage Raw Materials and Pack Materials inventory. b. Ensure Zero Stockouts, through Safety Stock Management & JIT practices. c. Ensure weekly stock audits. d. Maintain Virtual inventory in ERP vs Physical Inventory. **2. Shipping & Logistics **: a. Responsible for Shipping 50-100 packages a day through Shiprocket. b. Use Shiprocket to process orders, perform courier selection and Ship orders. c. Keep stock of return orders, and refunded orders. **3. Picking & Packaging **: a. Supervise picking and packing operations. b. Ensure 100% compliance on the packing SOP. c. Maintain FIFO processes for inventory management. **4. Customer Delight through Patron Management ** a. Ensure customers are delighted through various means. b. Maintain Delivery TAT < 72 hours for 95% orders. **What are we looking for?** 1. Experience: 0-2 Year (Preferably in Operations) | Freshers are accepted 2. Degree: Any full time degree 3. Willing to work in a high volatility start-up environment 4. Willing to work out of Office in Bengaluru **What skills you should posses**: 1. Ready to hustle and work hard to meet consumer deadlines 2. Should be Handy on Excel and Google Sheets 3.
