Quality Executive

1. Report directly to the Managing Director on quality-related matters.
2. Deploy the Quality Management System effectively as a Management Representative.
3. Plan and conduct internal and supplier audits, ensuring compliance with quality
standards.
4. Maintain open communication with customers, handle complaints, and ensure
compliance for non-conformities.
5. Oversee the maintenance of quality standards throughout incoming, in-process, and
final production stages.
6. Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) for new products and actively participate in
new development projects, providing inputs to the design team.
7. Implement corrective action plans on the shop floor to address quality issues.
8. Monitor daily processes to prevent and address deviations from established quality
standards.
9. Compile and maintain daily rejection data with corresponding evidence.
10. Inspect five pieces from each trolley once filled with Finished Goods to maintain
quality control standards.
11. Manage and control documentation, records, and measurement devices to ensure
accuracy and reliability.
12. Participate in continual improvement programs for overall quality enhancement.
13. Conduct thorough checks of the first and last piece of each shift to ensure zero
rejections caused by machinery.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
