**About this role**

The key purpose of the position is to provide BI Practitioner - Intelligence operational reporting function, preparing and delivering timely and insightful performance reporting and analyses for stakeholders as required.

**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Designing and delivering reporting outputs as per the guidance of the Team Leader
- Analyse and interpret data, and ensure work is being delivered against required standards, in a consistent and efficient way

**You'll have the following skills & experience**

Skills required for the job
- Industry specific - Knowledge of the telecoms industry and convergence.
- GBS specific - Understanding of GBS’s business objectives, systems and processes
- Functional Specific - A good working knowledge of Global Service Management and related functions

Experience you would be expected to have
- Experienced BI Analyst with at least 2 years’ experience in a relevant role or roles
- Advanced Excel knowledge, ideally with VBA
- Good Oracle SQL abilities and a general knowledge of database fundamentals
- Advanced visualization tools or automation skills would be desirable skills
