**Responsibilities**:
**Language Expertise**: Demonstrate mastery of the English language, maintaining clear, concise, and accurate communication in all interactions. Ensure that students receive information in a way that is easy to understand and culturally sensitive.

**Cultural Sensitivity**: Exhibit a deep understanding of cultural nuances to establish rapport and build relationships with students from diverse English-speaking backgrounds.

**Problem Resolution**: Skillfully manage and resolve client issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in our systems, assisting in the creation and improvement of knowledge resources.

**Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to process enhancements and customer service improvements based on client feedback and industry best practices.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with various teams such as sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness to effectively communicate with English-speaking clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain composed and professional while resolving client concerns.
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when documenting client interactions.
- Adaptable and quick to learn, with the ability to grasp technical and industry-specific concepts.
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and software.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
