Location**: Fluent Fast Academy, Near by New Ashok Nagar Metro Station

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexible)

Role Overview:
As a Spoken English Trainer at Fluent Fast Academy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality language instruction to our students. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions to help learners develop their speaking, listening, and conversational skills in English.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conducting structured English language classes for students of varying proficiency levels.

2. Developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments tailored to meet the needs of individual learners.

3. Utilizing a variety of teaching methodologies and techniques to create dynamic and immersive learning experiences.

4. Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar.

5. Organizing and supervising language practice activities, discussions, and role-plays to promote fluency and confidence in spoken English.

6. Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies as necessary to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

7. Collaborating with colleagues and management to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our language programs.

8. Maintaining accurate records of attendance, performance, and other relevant data for reporting purposes.

9. Participating in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in language teaching and learning.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a language instructor or trainer, preferably in a similar educational setting.

3. Excellent command of the English language with a clear accent and proficient communication skills.

4. Strong understanding of language acquisition principles and effective teaching methodologies.

5. Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in mastering spoken English.

6. Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.

7. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and accommodate the needs of students and the academy.

8. Certification in TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent is a plus.
