**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**:

- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and data management systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reports.

**Reporting**:

- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for management and operational teams.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and data insights to support decision-making.

**Process Automation**:

- Automate repetitive tasks and reports using Excel macros, SQL queries, or other relevant tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing data management and reporting processes.

**Coordination**:

- Work closely with different departments to gather and analyze data as needed.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth data flow and system integrity.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Maintain proper documentation for all processes, reports, and systems used.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of **MS Excel** (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, charts, macros).
- Proficiency in **Google Sheets**, SQL, and data visualization tools like **Power BI** or **Tableau** (preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Time management skills and ability to handle multiple reports within deadlines.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce / IT / Computer Applications / Statistics** or any relevant field.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (MIS / Data Analyst / Reporting Executive).

**Preferred Industries**:

- Logistics, E-commerce, or any data-driven industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
