**What You’ll Do**
- **Design & implement MIS** for core functions (sales, operations, inventory, finance) with clear data flows and governance.
- **Build dashboards & reports** (daily/weekly/monthly) using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; standardize templates and automate refreshes.
- **Ensure data quality**: validation rules, de-duplication, audit logs, version control, and documentation.
- **Drive analysis**: variance, trend, and cohort analysis; create actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- **Stakeholder collaboration**: gather requirements, translate into technical specs, deliver on timelines, and train end-users.
- **SOPs & documentation**: maintain data dictionaries, process notes, and user guides for all MIS assets.
- **Ad-hoc reporting** for leadership with quick turnaround and high accuracy.

**Must-Have Skills**
- **Advanced Excel**: Pivot Tables, Power Query / Get & Transform, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, dynamic arrays, nested formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, charts.
- **Google Sheets**: QUERY, ARRAY FORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, named functions, connected sheets; strong understanding of sheet architecture and performance.
- **Google Apps Script & JavaScript**: building automations, custom menus, triggers (time-based/on-edit), REST API calls, error handling, and code organization.
- **Mathematics background preferred**: comfort with statistics, ratios, growth/variance math, forecasting basics.
- **Data handling**: cleaning, normalization, reconciliations, large dataset performance techniques.
- **Communication & documentation**: clear written specs and stakeholder updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
