**Position Summary**:
We are hiring an MIS Executive with strong knowledge in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, FMS (File Management Systems), and checklist tracking. The role requires someone who can work effectively under pressure and manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Must Have Experience RJ Science classes**:

- Create and maintain MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Develop dashboards and analytical trackers for project and team performance.
- Manage and update project checklists and follow-ups.
- Operate and maintain File Management Systems (FMS).
- Coordinate with internal teams for data inputs and report validation.
- Provide timely and accurate data analysis and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Handle pressure and meet tight deadlines for reporting tasks.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Macros).
- Google Sheets (real-time collaboration, formulas, filters, validation tools).
- Hands-on experience with dashboards and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with FMS and checklist tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle work pressure and multitask efficiently.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.CA, BBA, or equivalent).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred;
**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
