**Requirements**:

- Leading all hiring efforts and talent acquisition strategies for LatentBridge Private Limited.
- Leading a dynamic and growing team of IT and technology recruiters, coordinators, and sources.
- Managing high volume IT recruitment while keeping the focus on individual needs of internal
- Defining and driving strategic decisions of all recruitment activities or projects.
- Creating, driving, and managing employer brand activities -Develop talent pipelines through sourcing

channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, social media, database search, and referrals.
- Partnering with Hiring managers and other internal teams.
- Driving continuous improvements to the processes and systems.
- Managing vendors/agencies and external recruiting teams, including RPO.
- Reporting and ensuring data integrity across various systems.
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Supervise recruiting personnel.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

**General Experience & Skill Set**:

- Preferred MBA in Human Resource from a reputed university
- Minimum 4-8 years into recruitment.
- Minimum 3 Years as a Team Lead.
- Very good hands-on experience in IT Recruitment.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
