**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning & Instruction**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum (IB, CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, or National Curriculum).
- Encourage **analytical thinking, research skills, and discussion-based learning**.
- **Student Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Conduct **formative and summative assessments** to track student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve students’ analytical and writing skills.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
- **Classroom Management & Student Engagement**:

- Foster a **collaborative and inclusive learning environment**.
- Encourage **debates, role-playing, case studies, and project-based learning**.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- **Parental Communication & Collaboration**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Conduct **parent-teacher meetings and provide guidance** for student development.
- **Professional Development & School Collaboration**:

- Stay updated with **educational best practices and global trends** in Humanities education.
- Work with other teachers to develop **interdisciplinary projects**.
- Participate in school activities, workshops, and training sessions.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
