Job Title: Immigration Caseworker (Work Permit) at AMK Global Groups

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Client Consultation:

- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their eligibility for work permits.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding immigration requirements, processes, and timelines.
- Address client inquiries and concerns, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Documentation Management:

- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of client documentation.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to obtain any missing or additional information.
- Application Preparation:

- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
- Case Monitoring:

- Maintain detailed records and documentation for each case.
- Client Advocacy:

- Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their interests are protected throughout the immigration process.
- Collaborate with legal teams when needed to address complex issues.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations.
- Reporting:

- Generate reports on caseload status, processing times, and any other relevant metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as an Immigration Caseworker, with a focus on work permits.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international immigration laws and policies.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology for case management.

**Salary**:40000-75000

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
