**SOP Development and Implementation**:
The QA Executive leads the creation, review, and implementation of SOPs for various hospital activities, including patient care processes, diagnostic testing, and administrative procedures.
- **Training and Education**:
They ensure that hospital staff are trained on new SOPs and best practices to promote compliance and adherence.
- **Compliance and Audits**:
The QA Executive conducts regular audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, including those related to NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals).
- **Data Analysis and Improvement**:
They collect and analyse data related to quality assurance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
They work closely with other departments, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies to promote quality and safety.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
The QA Executive is actively involved in developing and implementing continuous quality improvement (CQI) programs to enhance patient care.
- **Policy and Procedure Development**:
They contribute to the development and maintenance of hospital policies and procedures, ensuring they align with quality standards and legal requirements.Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
