**What you do?**
- Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centre around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
- Be familiar with all aspects of the 3D animation Role, and other platforms relevant of the job.
- Work with the Pharmacologist team to gain an understanding of any complex content within scripts.
- Work in collaboration with the Pharmacologist team to create storyboards that clearly and effectively explain the content both in a clear and visually precise manner.
- Using agreed storyboards, create videos that are instructionally effective, that present the study in an engaging manner, flow well, and hold the learners attention throughout.
- Implement client edits and, where possible, use these edits to identify potential product improvements.
- Develop 3D graphics for other Firecrest products and complete these to a high standard and finish.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Firecrest approach to creating 3D models/animations
- Mentor and help train new members of the team, where required.
- Help foster a culture of creativity and ingenuity.
- Ability to function within a team environment.
- Contribute to process improvement and product enhancement, with a focus on streamlining our processes and meeting client needs.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What you need?**
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as 3D Generalist.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in VFX and Animation for TV/film.
- Highly proficient with 3ds Max.
- Highly proficient with VFX related tools; particles, fluids, rigid/soft bodies, cloth, hair etc.
- Proficient with TyFlow, Redshift or V-Ray.
- Good eye for color, lighting and composition.
- Photographic knowledge or experience.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
- Self-driven motivation to run the extra mile to improve with each project.
- Max script experience is a plus.
- Unreal Engine experience is a plus.
