- Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage creativity, innovation, and critical thinking in design projects.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with the academic team to update and refine curriculum content.
- Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry trends and standards.
- **Industry Engagement**:

- Establish and maintain industry connections to facilitate guest lectures, site visits, and internships.
- Stay updated on current trends, technologies, and tools in the interior design industry.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain records of student attendance, grades, and evaluations.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to academic planning and events.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with advancements in interior design education and pedagogy.
- Attend training sessions, seminars, and workshops to enhance teaching methodologies.

Pay: ₹10,804.43 - ₹49,716.80 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
