Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in the facility.

Inspects buildings and property for inventory or maintenance and repair purposes.

Do general repair Jobs. Maintain detailed records of electrical work

Complete regular scheduled checks on mechanical, electrical and operations services equipment etc.

Maintain effective communication at all times, ensuring that all information is shared with relevant staff. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all Association personnel.

To be available to respond to out of hours calls on days off, holidays and non-scheduled works hours to respond to and support Operations requirements. Where essential this requires site operation attendance to deal with major issues.

**Salary**: From ₹13,500.00 per month
