**Job Description** The Opportunity**

We, at Flywire, are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable **Payment Operations Associate, CMT Payouts** to be part of the team providing support for the international payments business.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Processing invoices and credit card payments to facilitate cross border transactions.
- Compliance verification and reporting to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Reconciling transactions, financial data, and other information to the company’s accounting system
- Handling refunds and commission payments on a regular basis
- Monitoring bank accounts globally
- Ad-hoc research activities to support informed decision making

**Qualifications** Here’s What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-3 years relevant work experience in an operations role in the Banking or Payment industry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong prioritization and organizational capability
- Customer focus and proven interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and escalation skills
- The ability to work independently, and part of a wider team
