**The team you'll be part of**

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

GSS (Global Sales Support) is the primary bidding arm of Nokia with offices spread across 6 different locations across the globe. It has internally all Nokia BG and CX functions within itself to work seamlessly with the respective global organisations. GSS supports Nokia for both offer related work and beyond offer scopes of work.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of the Bid Management Practices team you will be learn and will be expected to develop basic competence to work on different Nokia tools for the CNS organisation.

Few tools and the respective work that needs to be carried out on them would be as follows:

- CDB(Contract DataBase)
- Creation of “Quantity Contract” (QC) as per the QC creation template received from the Market Services team / Nokia SPoC.
- Monthly updates as and when required and closure, extension, or any changes of Quantity Contracts.
- Creation of the QC on CDB
- Amendment of QC such as addition of Product, PCI/SI, GIC etc
- Closure of QC on CDB
- Resource Development Planning (RDP)
- Coordinate with the Project team for Resource Development Planning.
- Coordination with the Nokia SPoC and prepare the defined template from the respective tools for resource planning.
- Pull the report from the Power-Bi and share with Market SPoC as per the request.
- Managing cross-functional regional and global stake holder towards attaining business and projects.

As part of our team, you will:

- You will be the sole contact to interface with the Global CNS team and work with them closely as per their guidance to extend the needed support for their operations on the tools mentioned above.
- You will be required to work with good team spirit.
- Interface with your colleagues amicably maintaining a harmonious relationship sharing and building knowledge base as required.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Ability to work under pressure and cope with challenging deadlines
- Flexibility with regard to working hours
- Excellent oral and written communication

It would be nice if you also had:

- Basic knowledge of **Nokia** Telecom Products like RAN, Core etc.
- Knowledge of NOKIA ERP system such as SAP-P20 will be an added advantage.
- Prior knowledge of CDB Tools would be an added advantage.
