We are looking for dynamic Sales Co-ordinator (TeleSales) with a good personality to join our team. You'll be responsible for persuading potential customers to purchase our services. Additionally, you'll need to answer calls from individuals who have inquiries about our services. You must concentrate on offering top-notch customer services to your clients if you want to stand out as the ideal choice. You must be a problem solver and communicate effectively the benefits of our product to the customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
- Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
- Initiating phone conversations with customers and pitching the product.
- Ensuring appointments for our sales team
- Updating the database with all the customer's information.
- Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.
- Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
- Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
- Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
- Providing excellent customer service to the customers.
- Answering customers' questions in regards to products and services.
- Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- BBA/MBA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift (10am-7pm)
