**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging, concept-based math lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Use age-appropriate teaching methods to build conceptual understanding in areas such as algebra, geometry, arithmetic, mensuration, and data handling.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and remedial support plans.
- Incorporate **NEP 2020-aligned** teaching strategies, focusing on inquiry-based and experiential learning.
- Provide constructive feedback and plan remedial classes for students needing additional support.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Encourage student participation, curiosity, and peer collaboration.
- Ensure that school rules and behavioral expectations are upheld in and outside the classroom.
- Communicate regularly with parents through PTMs or official communication to discuss student progress.
- Maintain lesson records, student attendance, mark registers, and grade books.
- Assist in exam invigilation, question paper setting, and result preparation.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mathematics + B.Ed. (mandatory)
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of teaching mathematics at the middle or secondary level.
- **Skills**:

- Classroom management
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and tech-savviness
- Ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
