**About the Role**

Skyy Skill Academy is looking for a strategic and result-oriented **Training & Placement Manager**to drive placement outcomes and industry engagement. In this role, you will lead training initiatives to prepare students for job readiness and actively collaborate with companies to generate employment opportunities for our learners. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between education and employability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and hiring partners to source job and internship opportunities.
- Organize and conduct placement drives, interviews, and career fairs (virtual/physical).
- Design and implement career readiness programs including resume building, mock interviews, group discussions, and aptitude training.
- Identify skill gaps among students and initiate relevant upskilling workshops.
- Monitor placement metrics and ensure timely reporting and achievement of placement targets.
- Provide personalized career guidance and support to learners to help them succeed in interviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training content with industry expectations.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Strong industry network and experience working with HRs/recruiters across sectors.
- Prior experience in training, placement, or career services (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
- Ability to mentor and motivate students with a focus on outcomes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or related fields (Technical background preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹25,444.44 - ₹50,125.61 per month
