About the Role:
VJIM is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Training and Placement Officer who will be responsible for building strong corporate relationships, enhancing student employability, and ensuring successful placement outcomes.

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5 to 7 years (preferably in a reputed B-School)
Qualification: MBA Degree
Salary Range: 10 to 15 LPA
Work Week: 6 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, strengthen, and maintain industry linkages to facilitate student internships and final placements.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and industry interactions to enhance students employability skills.
  • Collaborate with faculty to integrate corporate requirements into the academic curriculum.
  • Maintain placement records and prepare reports for management and accreditation purposes.
  • Leverage IT and networking tools to create a strong placement ecosystem.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
