**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The Barista will play a key role in creating memorable coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the highest quality of coffee products by properly grinding, tamping, and extracting espresso shots.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area, including equipment, countertops, and seating areas.
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and adhere to food handling procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance coffee knowledge and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with team members and management to uphold brand standards and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality coffee experiences.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects as needed.
