**Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls, maintenance visits, and installations.
- Coordinate daily work schedules and ensure optimal routing for efficiency.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates on service schedules.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and address their needs promptly.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and customer interactions.
- Prepare and manage work orders, service agreements, and other documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies for service activities.
- **Technical Support**:

- Assist technicians with troubleshooting and technical issues by providing relevant information and support.
- Ensure technicians have the necessary tools, equipment, and information for their tasks.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and implement corrective actions.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- l diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in HVAC, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the HVAC industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and dispatching software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
