**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate leads across various online channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our brand goals and values.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM platforms, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Create engaging, high-quality content that reflects our brand's voice and appeals to our target audience, driving traffic and fostering customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, developers, and sales teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies and tactics to drive results and improve campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance our digital footprint.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience 5 years in digital marketing, with a track record of successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
