**Production Incharge**

Qualification : Bachelor degree in science.

Fresher (or)1 year experience.

**Roles and Responsibility**

Understand chemical handling and operations

Capable of working on shift operations.

To ensure safety at the workplace by following safety procedures

Handling and control of equipment/machineries as per the SOP.

Fulfill Quality and Environment management systems requirements throughout the process and deliver the quality products on time.

Planning of production to meet the requirement.

Material requirement planning for daily production.

Capable of handling ERP software systems to process and monitor process data.

Keeps accurate production and quality records.

Ensure product quality through - In process inspection.

Assist in repair and maintenance and calibration.

Analysis of production outputs (Plan vs Actual, Process capability study, Loss analysis, Manpower utilization)

Non conforming product analysis, implementation of CA/PA, effectiveness monitoring.

Handling, storage and control of Raw materials, work in progress. (MSDS, HSPP, Stock analysis)

Maintain a good workplace - follow 5S practice.

Identification of continual improvements (Quality, Cost reduction, Productivity, Waste reduction,etc.,)

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
