**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate information related to products/services.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service quality.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Follow up to ensure resolution where necessary.

**Requirements**:
Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / regional language].

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
