Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospects or existing customers to introduce company products/services, generate leads, and promote sales offers.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential customers and qualify leads based on criteria provided by the marketing or sales team.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings to effectively answer questions, highlight benefits, and address customer concerns.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with prospects, create a positive customer experience, and encourage interest in company products or services.
- **Sales Pitch**: Present clear and persuasive sales pitches to drive conversions or schedule follow-up calls for closing.

Skills & Qualifications:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
- **Sales Experience**: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude**: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions tailored to their requirements.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Strong focus on achieving targets and driving results.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to handle objections and rejection with professionalism and persistence.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- **Technical Skills**: Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, including sales and marketing staff.
