Beat Edu Center of Excellence is a leading educational institution in Calicut, focused on helping students achieve their academic and career goals. We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telecaller** to join our team and play a key role in student engagement and lead conversion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to provide course information.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with leads.
- Explain academic programs, admission procedures, and course benefits.
- Maintain and update the student database regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or a customer service role (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Good verbal communication in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
