Job Description:
1. Content Creation: Assist in creating and curating compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

2. Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts across different platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

3. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

4. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

5. Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance brand presence.

6. Influencer Outreach: Assist in identifying and engaging with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and generate buzz.

7. Campaign Support: Support the execution of social media campaigns, contests, and other promotional activities.

8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.

9. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform content strategy.

10. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of social media activities, results, and key learnings.

**Requirements**:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

2. Strong passion for social media marketing and a solid understanding of various social media platforms.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt to different brand tones and styles.

4. Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.

5. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or social media analytics tools.

6. Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and a knack for storytelling.

7. Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

8. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

9. Availability to work [number of hours] per week or as per the internship program requirements

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
