Online Marketing Executive for Dairy Products

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the online sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and implement improvement plans.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges.
- Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviours, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online sales platform, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Work with IT and web development teams to enhance the functionality and user experience of the online sales platform.
- Track and analyze sales data, KPIs, and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online sales strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation (BA/BCA/B.Com/BE/B.Sc) etc.
- **Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in online sales**, preferably within the dairy or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms, Lead Square and CRM software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
