Assess, design, implement, troubleshoot, and document Cisco networks and related systems
- Develop both high-level and detailed implementation and test plans for Cisco technologies related to enterprise networks.
- Provide knowledge transfer and informal training to clients Qualifications
- Active CCIE in Routing and Switching is required
- Skills in one or more of the following areas a plus: Cisco Datacenter technologies, Network security (Firewall, VPN, etc.), Cisco ISE, Cisco WLAN, Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco ASR9K, ASR5K, ASR 1K products.
- Certifications in multiple technology areas are a significant plus
- Strong consultative skill set to include communications with varying levels of customer personnel and internal technical teams
- Must be able to work with end users, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work with practice lead to coordinate scheduling to meet customer needs, sometimes juggling multiple projects at one time.
- Must routinely communicate work status and potential issues to practice lead without prompting.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, business management, time management, and developmental skills.
- Skilled at resolving problems and conflicting situations.
- Technical certifications focused on Microsoft technologies highly preferred. Coordinate requirements with users and suppliers.
