**Role: Business Support**

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone to respond to customer inquiries w.r.t client products & any technical troubleshooting with regard to the McAfee product for PC & Mobile.
- Assist customers with installation / Uninstallation of products
- Assist customers with product configuration, error messages & / or common issues
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Provide assistance with regarding to customer service issues as well like (Renewing / refunding the product etc..,)
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate department if required
- Escalate the call to the next level if required

**Location**: Perungulathur, Chennai (WFO)

**Shift: Rotational (US shifts - 6PM to 6AM, Any 9 hours)**

**Cab**:Free cab, within 30 Kilometers radius from office.

**Off**:2 days Rotational offs

**Education: 10 + 2 years/Diploma/Any Graduation.**

**Mode of interview**:

- Face to face interview is must.
- Aptitude Assessment.
- Versant Accent Assessment.
