Join an innovative marketing firm, specialising in creative, IT, and marketing communication solutions. As a **Receptionist**, you'll be the friendly face greeting visitors and providing crucial administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome guests and ensure their needs are met.
- Efficiently handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- Manage incoming mail and packages, and distribute them accordingly.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, ideally 2-5 years.
- Minimum qualification of Graduation or Postgraduation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Note: Your first-month salary will have a deduction equivalent to 15 days' pay, serving as the service fee for the recruitment company that facilitated your hiring process.**

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
